Anorthosite is a rock that is wonderful in helping one attune to their inner confidence. Like many other iron-rich stones, anorthosite is heavily associated with the root chakra which allows you to discover inner stability as iron is incredibly grounding. It is an intrusive igneous rock meaning it forms when magma cools slowly, forming large crystals. Labradorite is often found inside anorthosite which occasionally gives anorthosite a sense of labradorescence.
